We typically process orders within 1–3 business days. For personalised items, please allow an additional 2–5 business days for crafting and quality checks.

While we strive to partner with suppliers offering high-quality items and the fastest shipping options, please note that we do not have direct control over the shipping and delivery timeframes.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. However, we’re excited to expand our reach soon. 4. How can I track my order?

Products

1. Are your personalised items returnable?

Unfortunately, personalised products, such as custom cake toppers, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. For non-personalised items, please refer to our return policy.

2. What materials are used for your products?

Our products are sourced from a range of carefully selected suppliers, each committed to quality and craftsmanship. While we strive to offer items made with durable and premium materials, specific details may vary by product. 3. Can I request custom designs?

Some of our products include customisation options, which are clearly marked on their product pages. If an item is customisable, you’ll have the opportunity to fill in your preferences, such as names, dates, or other details, directly on the product page before placing your order.

 

Returns and Refunds

1. What is your returns policy?

We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Personalised items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective. Please refer to our returns policy for full details.

2. How do I return an item?

Please email us at contact@dreamdaydesigns.uk with your order number, photos of the item (if defective), and a brief description of the issue. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

3. Who covers the return shipping costs?

  • We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs but please contact us for further information.

4. What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photos of the damaged product. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund. Please refer to our returns policy for full details.
