Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged.
- Incorrect Items: If we sent you the wrong product.
Note: Personalised items, such as custom "Mr & Mrs" cake toppers, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. This ensures every personalised piece remains unique to you.
Return Time Frame
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at contact@dreamdaydesigns.uk with the following details:
- Order number.
- Description of the issue.
- Photos of the item (if defective or damaged).
Approval: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll send you instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping
- For defective or damaged items, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Refunds & Replacements
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, you can choose between:
- A refund (processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method).
- A replacement item, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised products, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
- Items returned due to a change of mind.
